Whether you’re a first-time camper or a returning participant, find all the details to make your experience smooth and unforgettable!
  • If You’re Staying in a Cabin Room:
    Bring clothes suitable for spending most of your time outdoors, a sleeping bag, a pillow, toiletries, a towel, a swimsuit, and any other items you’d need for an outdoor environment. You may also want a blanket for added comfort.
  • If You’re Camping:
    Bring a tent and all the essentials for camping, including sleeping gear, toiletries, and outdoor-appropriate clothing.
  • Food and Water:
    – If you’re on a meal plan, you don’t need to bring food unless you want snacks or items for personal use.
    – If you’re preparing your own meals, bring everything you need, including cooking supplies, coolers, and utensils.
    – Everyone should bring 1 gallon of drinking water per day. The camp’s water supply is unreliable, and filtered water is reserved for cooking and cleaning.

    Yes, there are hot showers and flush toilets located across three shower houses on the property, with an additional shower house near the pool.

    The main camping areas are near the event space and dining hall. However, you’re welcome to explore the 500-acre campground and set up your tent anywhere you like, from grassy fields to forested areas.

    There is no phone reception or Wi-Fi in the primary AcroCamp area. For phone service, you can walk up the hill toward the main road. Wi-Fi is not available at the camp.

    Yes, there are classes!
    The schedule is created at camp based on class proposals from participants. Everyone attending has the chance to teach a skill, and attendees can request classes they’d like to see offered.

    Yes, the primary schedule is available under the Schedule tab on the website. Additional spontaneous events and activities often arise during the weekend.

    Yes, electricity is available in the dining hall, shower houses, and at the pool. It’s sufficient for charging phones and small devices but not for larger items like portable refrigerators or hot plates.

    The commercial kitchen and refrigerators are reserved for professional caterers. If you’re preparing your own food, bring all necessary supplies, including a cooler and ice. A Walmart is located 15 minutes away for any additional needs.

    Yes, you can charge phones and small electronics in the dining hall or any of the shower houses.
